[gentoo-hardened] iproute

I wonder whether any has managed to make the
sys-apps/iproute package work with SELinux. I'm running a
2.6.1 kernel with pretty much the latest versions of
everything, but no matter what I tried, iproute refuses to
use my netlink device. 

My best guess is that iproute needs to be translated with
the 2.6.x linux-headers installed, but those are heavily
masked in Portage. :-)

Any idea how to fix this? Anyone?
