9 Both but mainly the latter. http://cvs.gentoo.org/~method makes
10 the goals very clear, which is mainly to bring advanced security
11 implementations to Gentoo. This includes patches in userland,
12 new userland tools (gradm, selinux-small for example), kernel
13 patches (hardened-gentoo), as well as extensive documentation
14 and policies (where applicable).
