Hi list, |
2 |
|
3 |
Once installed my system Gentoo with hardened sources I have arrived to |
4 |
a problem a don't know how to solve. Following the instructions of the |
5 |
Gentoo SELinux Quick Start Guide to convert it to Selinux I can't |
6 |
emerge the selinux library. I have followed the steps with the exception |
7 |
I have recompiled the kernel two times to correct a mistake. When I try |
8 |
|
9 |
emerge libselinux |
10 |
|
11 |
I get this |
12 |
|
13 |
>>> Setting SELinux security labels |
14 |

|
43 |
I can't emerge sync cause I get the following error |
44 |
|
45 |
@ERROR: Unknown module 'metadata' |
46 |
|
47 |
I don't understand this error , the first one I thought could be caused |
48 |
by merging into a partition with no support to selinux(like tmpfs) but |
49 |
I think my partitions are ok(/usr,/var,/ ext3 fs with security labels). |
50 |
When I make |
51 |
|
52 |
emerge -vp libselinux |
53 |
|
54 |
I see an incomplete merge of libselinux, sure cause I merged and stopped |
55 |
before finished before recompiling the kernel for first time. |
56 |
|
57 |
With all this, has someone an idea of what am I doing wrong? |
58 |
|
59 |
Thanks and regards, |
60 |
|
