I've booted 3.8.2-hardened-r1 last week. After approx. a day I had to |

discover, that apache is continously failing with sig11 and PaX detected a |

fork abuse. |

I disabled the new constify plugin of PaX. That is one possible cause. |

Without constify apache stays up for more than two days now. |
