47 Frankly I though all previous elections that ballot is send to some
48 external service, so it is uneditable after submission and is kept
49 locally for reference purposes. So I assumed that I can't change my
50 preferences after a ballot is submitted, thus I submitted it late
51 (one ore two days before the deadline).
