I'd still feel better if we had a requirement that you were a dev for at least a |

year to be considered on the board. There may be exceptions to this, but overall |

this ensures that the person will stick around and not disappear. The other |

reason being experience with Gentoo over a period of time. I know how things |

seem very different now then when I first joined Gentoo from a perspective point |

of view. |

rights, then sure, any active dev should be able to vote if they register. |
