For me, it is critical to ensure that the Foundation and its assets remain under the control of the community that make possible Gentoo, and that should be one of the core principles that should guide any decissions taken in the future. |

To than end steps like ensuring the Foundation is in good standing with tax authorities and has a solid book keeping and transparency to ensure the community itself can audit its actions and decissions are of utmost importance. |

Sadly, I cannot see what the future keeps in regards for Gentoo and the Foundation so I can't give a much clearer opinion on this matter. |
