28 Clearly, I think, the treasurer needs signature authority and should
29 probably open the account. I think we should have at least 2 with such
30 authority. Any officer or trustee can serve for the second (or third
31 or however many we want).

34 what it takes to move forward. I can even open the account if no one
35 else wants to, but if so, I'll need the personal information for other
36 signatories and access to funds to get us started.
