We sorta approved these, but any further traction is on hold at this
time.

I know that we had discussed quite a bit of this with our lawyers, but
again, it is on hold.

We didn't get anywhere near as far along as I had hoped that we would.
We did not reincorporate in Delaware.

I know we sent out something to this list, but we haven't done any kind
of actual report.

We still have Paypal/Netbank. Moving to a different bank would require
us complete the move to another state first.

No budgets have ever been proposed. Lots of people have talked about
budgets, myself included, but no work has been done towards them.
Nobody has even come up with a proposal for any budgets.

The store hasn't had much going on with it. I'm actually going to make
a proposal some time soon regarding the store in an attempt to improve
it. Like many things, changes to the store really require us to be in
much better shape as a Foundation than we currently are.

So what have we done?

Well, we came up with and all agreed to new Articles of Incorporation
for use in relocation to Delaware. We agreed on new Bylaws, which would
be required after reincorporation. The same Bylaws could be applied to
the current Foundation, but that wasn't really the scope we were going
for when we were discussing them. We have also been in negotiations
with the Software Freedom Conservancy, as we have been discussing
joining that group and disbanding the Foundation. I know this isn't
likely to be popular with some people, but it really boils down to our
abilities. We are developers, we're not tax specialists nor lawyers.
