Robin, No. They are 'Grandfathered' it applies to elections going forward. We had to have something to remove inactive members, or eventually, members meetings could never become quorate. The first reduction in membership under this rule will occur following the Feb. 2010 elections, thats two elections from now. - -- Regards, Roy Bamford (NeddySeagoon) a member of gentoo-ops forum-mods treecleaners trustees -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.9 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAki9vZoACgkQTE4/y7nJvavdzgCgqRwikuEalv4/OzN337s1t22r 3kAAn3ygJex9IPUikiNATydgIdp3EfDn =EzF8 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
