To elaborate further, the law does not require trustees at all, only |

officers. Which the current structure of Gentoo has no means or |
15 |
provisions for officers, just trustees. The two are not the same. No |
16 |
company has to have a board. Most all companies have to have at least 1 |

officer, who can hold all titles. |
