13 To elaborate further, the law does not require trustees at all, only
14 officers. Which the current structure of Gentoo has no means or
15 provisions for officers, just trustees. The two are not the same. No
16 company has to have a board. Most all companies have to have at least 1
17 officer, who can hold all titles.
