William, That's very true. Nothing in Gentoo happens because the leaders (not always council) say 'lets do this'. Things happen because there is a consensus of interested parties to do something. That's true in the Foundation too. Change in any direction can come but only by carrying the interested parties with you. That takes time and patience.
