13 No such wish exists. I just want to focus the discussion on the
14 larger question of whether we want to pursue assignment or something
15 like it, and not spend lots of time debating the details of how this
16 is done. If as you suggest we don't pursue assignment at all, then
17 there is no need to consider how we might have gone about it, had we
18 had that desire.
