The trustees have set a recording date of 11 January 2009 for |

participation in the 2009 Trustee elections. That means that anyone who |

wishes to stand or vote in the 2009 election must be a Foundation |
| 9 |
member by that date. |

Members accepted after that date will not be able to vote or stand for |
| 12 |
office until the 2010 election. In effect, your application must be |
| 13 |
accepted at the next trustees meeting, which will also be held on 11 |
| 14 |
January. |
