Before we get into that, how sure are we that our existing guidelines |

are sufficient to ensure that the Gentoo trademark can't be overturned |

through the courts? If we can get that assurance as a first step (we |

probably have it already), then that gives us a solid foundation to |

build on. |

We also need to resolve the issue of the Gentoo trademark having been |

registered in the E.U. I'm not sure where we are with that issue. |
