I added x86-macos to the arch.list file, so in prefix it is real now :) All ebuild listed below, I treated with "esanitise", which are two scripts that a) add EAPI="prefix" when not there, and b) removes all keywords that are not in my list of supported keywords.

could you try emerging coreutils-5.94-r3 from the prefix tree to see if my modifications work? On ppc they do.
