I've noticed recently that there are 3 different backups of make.conf in
/etc on my computer. Multiple tools already create these backups, and
there will certainly be other such tools in the future (mirrorselect and
euse come to mind). I'd like to establish a sort of standard for this
behavior, because only one backup is really necessary, so there is no
reason to fill up /etc with a bunch of make.conf.whatever files.

Me and genone came up with make.conf.backup. Unless there are any
objections or better ideas, consider yourself informed of the new standard.
