I believe you will have more luck, flexibility and success when using a User |

Mode Linux installation for Gentoo. Iow, create a large file in which you'll |

house your Gentoo installation and perform the installation as described on |

http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/uml.xml (with a couple of small changes to suit |

your environment of course). |
