[gentoo-portage-dev] bug 104000 - package.masked message from overlay

Hey,

I made a patch for http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104000
I'm not really familiar with portage internals, but i was bored, and
though i'd try and see if i could fix any of the bugs, and this one
seemed easy enough :)

Ferringb didn't seem to like the change to locations at first sight, and
adviced to use settings.profiles, but that only contians the actual
profiles, and not the top level {PORDIR,OVERLAY}/profile, where
package.mask can aslo be.

So

might also be an option
