1 I'm assuming you didn't add a video card to the system. You need to
2 specify console=ttyS0 for the console to be pushed to the serial port.
3 I don't know if the ISO starts a getty process on the serial port,
4 however. Also, beta3 doesn't have the broadcom gigabit driver needed
5 for the onboard ethernet ports.
