I've succesfully setup the airport with iwconfig and brought up the eth1 |
2 |
interface. I can ping all IPs on my LAN, I can even mount samba shares, |
3 |
but I can't ping or resolve names or IPs out of my NAT gateway. |
4 |
|
5 |
LAN looks like this: |
6 |
|
7 |
10.0.1.1 - Airport basestation |
8 |
10.0.1.16 - Gentoo LiveCD |
9 |
10.0.1.32 - XP box |
10 |
10.0.1.64 - XP box |
11 |
10.0.1.128 - XP ICS |
12 |
|
13 |
|
14 |
/etc/resolv.conf, looks like this: >>CORRECTION - resolv.conf<< |
15 |
|
16 |
nameserver 10.0.1.128 |
17 |
|
18 |
|
19 |
Output from route: |
20 |
|
21 |
default - gateway=10.0.1.128 netmask=255.255.255.0 metric=1 |
22 |
>>CORRECTION gateway=10.0.1.128<< |
23 |
|
24 |
|
25 |
I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong with route, any ideas? |
26 |
|
27 |
BTW, these setting work fine from OS X 2.2.6., ... gateway=10.0.1.128, |
28 |
DNS=10.0.1.128 |
29 |
|
30 |
Thanks, |
31 |
