after many weeks of hard work I finally managed to set up a working bootstrap compiler for GNAT |

on PowerPC. You should now be able to emerge gnat-3.15p-r2 without any major trouble. Currently |

it uses a simplified threading model as ACT onöly supports native threads on x86. I will however |

look into porting FSU-threads to ppc at a later time. |

Currently none of the packages in dev-ada have been unmasked on ppc as I have yet to test them. |

Hopefully I will have gone through them by the end of the week. |

I expect to be able to provide a gnat-5.0 snapshot on ppc soon (I just have to test it first). |
