Some things can be both good and bad at the same time. The argument that I have read so far is that "OTW is a mess that reflects on Gentoo as a whole". If/when that is substantiated would give rise to the next question, how to limit the badness? Are there ways that are almost as effective as removing OTW entirely and would cause less drama?
