If the reason why you want ChangeLogs is avoiding having to get the |

information about commit activity from CVS, then the proposal to make |

exaclty that the minimal ChangeLog entry seems reasonable. |

If in addition you always want to know about the motivation for the |

commit, then it won't be sufficient I guess. But based on the previous |

discussion on mandatory ChangeLogs I have not gotten the impression that |
