3	One of the election officials has had to withdraw, so we are one official short.
4	This time we don't have an extra official to cover.
5	It's not lot of work. Mostly validating the result once the votes have been
6	harvested. That should be the day after voting closes at the end of 19-Jul-22 UTC.
