8 He's a good kid, he just needs to learn. How about letting him commit
9 p.masked? This way not only toolchain members could test but also
10 adventurous users or devs. This would partly address the apparent
11 shortage of manpower to review his commits. If the herd needs help but
12 nobody who volunteers is ever accepted and then trained, it's easy to
13 understand the situation will never improve. Herd members have to
14 invest a bit of their time for a payback down the road.
