He's a good kid, he just needs to learn. How about letting him commit |

p.masked? This way not only toolchain members could test but also |

adventurous users or devs. This would partly address the apparent |

shortage of manpower to review his commits. If the herd needs help but |

nobody who volunteers is ever accepted and then trained, it's easy to |

understand the situation will never improve. Herd members have to |
14 |
invest a bit of their time for a payback down the road. |
