As I had a few chances to express before, I'm a strong supporter of "due |
| 21 |
notice" for council meetings. To me this means that no "regular meeting" |
| 22 |
should be convoked with a notice of less than 1 week. |

Even if this might help the work of council members, the real benefit to |

me is to ensure the community has ample chance to become aware of a |

meeting and to be able to attend it. |
