Subject: [gentoo-project] [PATCH] glep-39: drop hard requirement of yearly lead elections

In Reply to: [gentoo-project] [PATCH] glep-39: drop hard requirement of yearly lead elections by ajak@gentoo.org
1 There are numerous projects that do not keep up with the GLEP's
2 requirement of yearly elections. Few people seem to think the
3 requirement is really necessary, as evidenced by the lack fo
4 elections, so loosen it to "as necessary".
