Yes, trying to force toolchain to upgrade through the council is |

suicidal, however, this thread seemed to indicate people actively |
| 20 |
working on moving to eapi 5 without the council forcing them. As there |
| 21 |
isn't a council decree and things are still moving forward I figured it |
| 22 |
would be helpful to show appreciation. So as the lead developer for |
| 23 |
Pentoo, as well as a member of Gentoo releng, thanks to those working on |
| 24 |
getting toolchain updated to eapi 5, I believe this is be a major |
| 25 |
improvement across many projects and many user's lives. |
