I've sent a few patches to GLEP 74 today [1].  Might be a bit early to
approve them but they are rather trivial.

I'd also like to request the permission to pursue IANA media type [2]
registrations for Gentoo file formats.  I've drafted the registration
data for Manifest format and sent it to our ml for initial review [3]. 
If the idea is approved, I'd like to submit it for review to IANA media-
types ml [4].  Afterwards, after fleshing it out more and updating GLEP
74, I'd like to formally request the registration.
