I believe we will be automatically re-opening nominations, at the |

schedule of the Election project. |

While not specific stipulated in the Bylaws, the prior practice has held |

that should there be insufficent candidates in the 2nd nomination |

period, "Section 5.7. Vacancies" will be exercised, and the Trustees |
| 19 |
shall source and elect (by majority of remaining trustees) further |
| 20 |
trustees to fill vacancies. |
