Since the projects were migrated to the wiki, only developers with |
| 15 |
wiki accounts can be added as project members. What we don't have is |
| 16 |
a way to track the remaining project members: |

a. developers who refuse to sign up for the wiki account, |
| 19 |
|
| 20 |
b. users who are not developers. |

|

I have opened bug 550940 [1] for that but it was immediately closed. |

Therefore, I'm asking for the Council attention since the Wiki |
| 24 |
migration has severely limited the ability to properly track project |
| 25 |
members, and Infra doesn't care. |
