21 No, the "central contributor" was what Gentoo would term a "bug
22 wrangler", and the performance metrics given are related to how bugs are
23 handled. The paper shows that there is a correlation between running
24 various graph metrics on bugzilla, and who is doing the bug wrangling.
25 It's not looking at commits, changes, delivered features or anything
26 like that.
