12 I fully intend to start getting the stablereq ready as soon as the 30-day mark has passed, that said I fully expect unrelated bugs to have popped up and I would very much prefer to get as many of them as reasonably achievable taken care of before (and same as unmasking, we must have a reasonably high fraction of packages ready to stabilise at the same time so that the users aren't hit by too many dependency conflicts).
