8 As mgorny pointed out, that generates tons of repoman errors and
9 basically blocks anybody from getting anything else done, unless
10 everybody starts ignoring repoman, which isn't what we want.

12 If we're going to let people break the stable depgraph I don't think
13 the profile should be stable. What does a stable profile even mean if
14 we start doing that?
