3 You are receiving this email as you are a member of the Gentoo
4 Foundation Inc. The Foundation is legally obliged to notify its
5 members of some events. This email contains notifications of
6 1. The 2015 Trustee Elections
7 2. The Annual General Meeting

9 Your membership of the Foundation will continue until you fail to cast
10 a ballot in two successive Trustee elections or you resign from the
11 Foundation by sending a gpg signed email to trustees@g.o

13 The 2015 Trustee Election will be held over June, July and the early
14 part of August. Nominations will be open for a period of four weeks
15 commencing on June 30th.
16 Voting will take place approximately four weeks later commencing in mid
17 July. Exact dates will be notified by the Elections project.

20 Nominations must be made by posting to gentoo-nfp@l.g.o
21 Only Foundation members may be nominated.
22 Only Foundation members may vote. The list of members is

26 The new trustees will take their seats at the AGM on Aug 16.

28 Trustees serve a two year term and retire by rotation every year.

30 This year, Petteri Räty (Betelgeuse) and Sven Vermeulen (SwifT) retire

33 There are thus two seats on the board of trustees to be contested.

36 The Annual General Meeting of the Gentoo Foundation Inc. will be held
37 on 16th August 2015 in #gentoo-trustees on irc.freenode.net at 1900 UTC.
