If he wants to get seriously involved with the toolchain project more |

power to him. Any dev can join a project. That isn't the same as |

saying any dev can join a project and just commit whatever they like - |

projects should have leads and operate as a team. They can work out |

whatever arrangements work best for the team, but the obvious |

suggestion would be peer-review before doing commits (this is critical |

stuff - probably wouldn't hurt for anybody on the team to work that |

way unless they're sure about impact and alignment). |

With all the work heroxbd has been doing on RAP/gsoc/etc he'd probably |

be a great addition to the toolchain project. The key is just |

introducing changes in an orderly manner. |
