7 If he wants to get seriously involved with the toolchain project more
8 power to him. Any dev can join a project. That isn't the same as
9 saying any dev can join a project and just commit whatever they like -
10 projects should have leads and operate as a team. They can work out
11 whatever arrangements work best for the team, but the obvious
12 suggestion would be peer-review before doing commits (this is critical
13 stuff - probably wouldn't hurt for anybody on the team to work that
14 way unless they're sure about impact and alignment).

16 With all the work heroxbd has been doing on RAP/gsoc/etc he'd probably
17 be a great addition to the toolchain project. The key is just
18 introducing changes in an orderly manner.
