Robin did more than I could ever do.  I have merely written a few mails
and discussed some basics.  I'm not really competent to deal with all
the paperwork that needs to be done for that to happen.

That said, merging into an umbrella implies Council taking over
Foundation duties.  This is one reason that I believe it's more
important to invest my time into the Council, so that we're ready to
take over if that ever happens.
