The next council meeting will be on Tuesday 2013-11-12, 19:00 UTC [1]
in the #gentoo-council channel on Freenode.

Unfortunately many of the relevant e-mails have not been archived at GMane, 
and both mail-archive and nabble do not carry gentoo-project. This is why some 
of the references below only contain a message id. As a result, I have taken 
the liberty of adding "Revival of archives.gentoo.org" to the agenda on short 
notice.


Agenda:

1. Introduction and roll call

2. Status of the QA team
   * Proposal to disband the QA team and call for new team members [2]
   * Proposal to add Patrick Lauer to the QA team [3]

3. Request for a minimal policy for pgp keys and key handling (for commit 
   signing) [4]

4. Removing last keyworded package version for a minor arch [5]

5. Metastructure: Dead projects [6]

6. Metastructure: Reorganization of the project tree [7]

7. Modernization/adaption of the Code of Conduct, the return [8]

8. Revival of archives.gentoo.org

9. Open bugs with council involvement
   * Bug 477030 - Missing summary for 20130611 council meeting [9]

10. Open floor

As the number of agenda topics suggests that the meeting will take
considerably longer than one hour, we will call time after an hour
and eventually hold another meeting later this month.
