My understanding is that the php3BB upgrade is only waiting for -infa
time.

The forums allow for allow for typo fixes and large edits, not only
small ones, so that's not a selling point.

What does discourse do for accessibility?

I'm not against running a discourse vs php3BB trial, that means we
have to do the upgrade first though.

Personally, I'm not looking forward to either because it is fruitless to
indoctrinate a superannuated canine with innovative manoeuvrers and
I'm one of those.
