At this time, I decline this nomination. If I am nominated by multiple |

other people, I might reconsider, but it's going to take a lot to sway |

Generally, Council & Trustee terms are mutually exclusive, you cannot |

hold both at the same time per the bylaws. While I am presently a |
| 16 |
trustee and up for re-election this trustee cycle, I have stated |

previously that I do not intend to run in the next trustee election, to |
| 18 |
take a personal break. |

Should no others candidates for the Foundation Treasurer be forthcoming, |

I will continue to offer help in maintaining those records, but not to |

be a trustee. |
