11 I don't think so. ComRel does not create the rules. While they do have
12 internally established procedures how to deal with things, the important
13 rules by which they operate are imposed from outside.

15 There is however no transparency in ComRel, so it is not possible to tell for
16 non-members (including subjects of disciplinary action) whether these rules
17 were adhered to, or whether there has been any misconduct etc. but that is a
18 different matter.
