I don't think so. ComRel does not create the rules. While they do have |

internally established procedures how to deal with things, the important |

rules by which they operate are imposed from outside. |

There is however no transparency in ComRel, so it is not possible to tell for |

non-members (including subjects of disciplinary action) whether these rules |

were adhered to, or whether there has been any misconduct etc. but that is a |

different matter. |
