[gentoo-project] Council meeting 2025-02-09 - Call for agenda items

On 2025-02-09, the Council will meet again. This is the time to raise
and prepare items that the Council should put on the agenda to discuss
or vote on.

Please respond to this message with agenda items. Do not hesitate to
repeat your agenda item here with a pointer if you previously
suggested one (since the last meeting).

The agenda for the meeting will be sent out on Sunday 2024-02-02.

Of course.

Since PMS does not guarantee that D nor ROOT will support xattr, which 
is required for file capabilities, it seems sensible to normalize the 
outcome of src_install concerning file capabilities. If a package needs 
file capabilities, its ebuild must set those via the fcaps eclass. 
Otherwise, the resulting package would be nondeterministic with regard 
to file capabilities.

I'm sorry but I'm afraid you misunderstood me.  I mean that your non-
standards-compliant signature looked like an agenda item.
