Gentoo is currently (well, for ~15 years actually) working on a new |

copyright policy. The current draft of the policy is nearing the point |
| 5 |
of starting first public review, and the discussion around it is going |
| 6 |
to start soonish (up to 1-2 days, I think). |

Please note that this policy will also affect not only developers but |

also all external contributors, including proxied maintainers. If you'd |
| 10 |
like to take part in the discussion, please subscribe to gentoo-project |
| 11 |
mailing list [1] (it's public, and low traffic at this time). If you |

don't manage to subscribe before the discussion starts, you will be able |
| 13 |
to find previous mails in the archives [2]. |
