[gentoo-releng] 2004.1 Information

Hi all -
I have updated the 2004.1 Info page
(http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/releng/release/2004.1/releng/2004.1.xml)
to reflect the final 2004.1 schedule. Please look over it and get a hold
of me if you have any questions. I would like to stick to that schedule
as close as possible as we need to get 2004.1 out on time so that we are
not crunched for time for 2004.2, .3, and so on.

Let me know if there are any questions/ concerns.
