[gentoo-releng] Filelists package-cd and universal-installcd

Hello writers-guild,

attached to this mail you find the filelists of

- a GRP iso (binary packages)
- a universal install-cd (minimal cd + distfiles)


Please note that these are prerelease lists, so the contents might change 
slightly in the coming weeks, but it should give you a good idea what will be 
in and what not.

Also, for the universal ISO, there are directories missing that will be on 
there once the final release gets out. These are the well known docs/ and 
snapshot/ directories.

For this prerelease, the snapshot is distributed seperately and not on this 
prerelease-iso.
