Basically sparc64 is rather picky when it comes to building kernels and |

using initrds. There is a very small set of space to work with (3.5MB |

max for the kernel, and 5MB total for combined kernel + initrd size), in |

addition to having a different kernel compiler than userland compiler. |

Plus even if you wanted to, you couldn't use modules inside of the initrd |

due to size constraints of the kernel and initrd and the fact that |

dietlibc won't build. |
