| 3 | glpk 4.50 has landed in the main tree. My recommendation for sage-on-gentoo |
| 4 | users is to mask it manually in /etc/portage/package.mask. |

| 6 | glpk-4.49 (which never was in the tree) saw the removal of some deprecated |
| 7 | interfaces (lpx_*). These are used in |
| 8 | cvxopt (tree and overlay version), upstream has been alerted. |
| 9 | ppl (with lpsol useflag which is on by default if I am not mistaken), this has |
| 10 | been fixed upstream in an unreleased version on the 16th of May. |
