| 3 | I'm using netqmail1.05-r8 on gentoo for my mail server. I have a 4Mbps link. |
| 4 | When i sending a >10MB mail, mail service getting the full up link bandwidth |
| 5 | to send it. So, I want to assign 50% of the up link bandwidth to the mail |
