I think that OTRS is an excelent choice. |

OTRS is however pearl based, but do let that scare you ;^D |

OTRS seemed to work the best for our environment. |

As not everybody's needs are the same, |

I would recommend installing OTRS and RT and compairing them for yourself. |

You will then most likely enjoy one more than the other. |

RT is the other "biggie" from the open source seen. |

We have a team of six people using it, with about 100 new tickets a |

week, and it is extreemly speedy on an old pentium pro machine. |
